APAC Market Entry Strategy for Leading European Coffee Machine Manufacturer


The client, a New York based manufacturer of automated coffee machines is a pioneer in innovating new technologies for improving the technical features of their diverse product line. The client was looking to launch their automatic coffee machines in the untapped segments including hotels, restaurants, and cafés (HoReCa) in the APAC region. Fact.MR devised an effective market entry strategy for the client.
