How to Order
You can buy a report directly from our website. Choose among any of the three licenses –single-user, multi-user, or corporate – and click on 'Buy Now'. You will be required to provide your details at the checkout page. After successfully filling the required details, you will be taken to the payments page. You can choose the payment method through credit card or PayPal. Upon successful receipt of the payment, a published report will be dispatched to you within 24 working hours.
To order a report through email, simply get in touch with our sales team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our representatives will contact you and facilitate the purchase.
Clients also have the option of ordering a report through the telephone. Call us on +353-1-4434-232 (Direct) and give us an opportunity to serve you.
The published report shall be delivered to you by email within 2 to 12 hours of receipt of payment.
Fact.MR also provides physical delivery of reports. Upon successful receipt of the payment, a hard copy will be mailed to your address within three to five working days. Depending upon your preference, the physical delivery will be attempted at your workplace or home.
A charge will be levied for physical delivery of the report. Fact.MR will not be liable for any damage caused to the report during transit. Replacement of any damaged copies will be at Fact.MR’s discretion.
Fact.MR allows customization in market reports tailored to your requirements. However, the time taken for this customization will be determined by our analysts based on anticipated complexity, time deadlines, and peculiarities of the customization requested.
Return and Refund
The client has to make the full payment to Fact.MR as mentioned on the website, for the respective service purchased. The user will be solely accountable/ responsible for all sales, property, use, or similar taxes as well as customs. Owing to the nature of the data being sold, Fact.MR cannot accept the return of any product once it has been delivered/downloaded. Users are requested to meticulously go through all the available information before placing their orders. In case a user is not satisfied with a product, we can offer special customizations according to the requisite needs of the user
In case a user comes across any sort of discrepancy in the report, he/she should immediately contact the customer service team of Fact.MR to get it resolved. The format of products sold by Fact.MR is such that it doesn’t allow the organization to accept returns once the product has been dispatched. In case of exceptional circumstances, refunds may be offered, but according to the discretion policy of the management.
